In 2010, we wanted to put into place a safety training program to help our employees become aware of their roles and responsibilities.

EOL Conseil’s approach convinced us through the use of simple tools such as TOC or SVP.

We also launched “EDS” meetings in 2012 and asked EOL to provide us support during the launching of these meetings and to return in order to present these tools.

After the training, we noticed a significant increase of real-time information from field personnel, which was one of our main objectives of the process, as well as a much greater involvement of our managers.
