Diagnosis “Culture and Behavior”

I see two values added to the “culture and behavior” diagnoses carried out on 3 of our industrial sites:

First, to clarify our cultural positioning on the Bradley curve, which had not yet been achieved before. This diagnosis has enabled us to understand more thoroughly what is behind the stage of Interdependence, in terms of safety culture and behavioral management at work.

And then, this work forces us to go beyond the theoretical and our own perception to truly measure a reality, that is to say to succeed in specifying at what cultural level we really are.

It is a necessary passage to do things well afterwards.

If our “take care of …” approach succeeds, it will certainly be because we will have gone through this stage of cultural inventory.
