SECURITY TROPHIES AT CRYSTAL UNION

In 2017, we are launching the fourth edition of the Trophées Sécurité, an initiative aimed at strengthening recognition within the Group’s teams.
This project, initiated in 2014, rewards the best contributions to the safety approach, carried out by the Group’s various sites. Eol Conseil assists us in the organization of the vote, the making of trophies, but also in the valorization of the winners through lots and events days.

This action is a continuation of our collaboration with Eol for several years. Many projects have already been carried out jointly: advice on Safety Strategy, training / awareness-raising of staff on “I am a player in my safety”, help in the implementation of play tools and awareness campaigns, but also implementation of the Behavior Management approach.
The Eol team is always listening, bringing its expertise and experience in improving behavior. Thanks to the robustness of the Eol approach, we obtain many positive results, as well as the implementation of playful and collaborative projects.
